  1. Digital Services / Nutrition Programs
    Due to the personalized nature of nutrition plans, consultation services, and digital programs, payments for these services are non-refundable once the service has started or the plan has been delivered.
  2. Physical Products
    If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
